Do You Dream in Craft Projects?Yeah, I know the original question was "Do you dream in color?" But every once in awhile I will wake up with a very vivid completed craft project visualized in my head. I can't even really say they are dreams. There's no other details, just a craft project in my mind right before I wake up. Does this happen to anyone else? What am I supposed to do with this message from the universe? Am I supposed to complete this project? I'm kind of busy. Does it fulfil someone's else desperate need? How come I got it? Sometimes it's stuff I don't even like. Once there was gold and red bead top, kinda like a vest. Then there was an orange and purple (orange and purple?!! Yuck.) felt purse. Strange... This was a dream from a few nights ago. It's a piece of plastic canvas with a double strand of craft thread. I used a backstitch. I wasn't too concerned about making it perfect, since I thought it should be unconstrained and just about expression. But, I worked on it, and now I don't know what to do with it. However, when I looked up how to do the stitches, I rediscovered the bullion stitch. I didn't use it here but I wanted to. It doesn't look exactly like my dream. Maybe I'll try it again but with bullion stitches some other day. Whatever it is, it made my dream come true. So the point of this section of this site is to inspire crafting. I hope this inspires you to pursue your crafting dreams...or at least write them down before you forget them!
